
Chef Grigoris was born in Athens, where he developed a deep connection to traditional Greek cooking and hospitality, surrounded by family recipes and fresh local ingredients.
Together with his partner and co-owner Maria, both professionally trained chefs with culinary degrees, they bring over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry to Grigoris Cuisine.
Maria learned authentic Greek cooking from her mother and aunts in Greece, carrying forward generations of family traditions and Kalamata roots into every dish.
Now based in Montreal’s West Island, Grigoris Cuisine was created to offer true Greek comfort food made the right way — honest, flavourful, and rooted in tradition.
Their kitchen focuses on classic recipes prepared daily using fresh ingredients and time-honored techniques, from comforting dishes like moussaka and pastitsio to grilled specialties and traditional meze.
